2. Can I use my existing computer hardware with Medi-EMR?
Yes. Since Medi-EMR is run on a central mainframe server there is no need for you to invest thousands of dollars to buy and maintain new hardware. Medi-EMR can but used with any device that has internet access.

3. Is Medi-EMR affordable?
Very. With no startup costs, no maintenance to buy, no modules to buy and a manageable flat monthly fee your ROI is much greater.

4. Who will train my staff to use Medi-EMR?
Medi-EMR will train your staff fully on our system. We designed our system to not only be a highly functional product but we also designed it with transition and training in mind. An EMR system, no matter how good, is of no use if the users can't operate it. With our ability to configure the system to match your existing workflow your training time is cut in half.

5. Can Medi-EMR do billing too?
Yes. While our EMR software has billing capabilities, It has been our experience that most practices have a billing system that they have invested large amounts of money and training in and are hesitant to take on both a new billing system and EMR system. 10. I am a specialist (surgeon) (neurologist), etc? Does Medi-EMR have templates that can accommodate the special needs of my practice?
Yes, and more. Medi-EMR has standard templates for your specialty. But realizing that most doctors do not have degrees in computer programming we developed a tool that allows you to very easily create your own template or modify an existing one with very little effort.

11. Why should I use Medi-EMR instead of more established EMR companies?
Ability. Since the EMR industry did not progress until the October 2003 with the enactment of HIPPA laws, there are no truly established EMR companies today. Most of the “established” EMR companies that claim large user bases are including their billing or PMS clients in that number.
